Which internal systems can Bea connect to?
Anything with an API, a database, a file export or an inbox - typically ERP and accounting, CRM, inventory and order systems, helpdesks, email and shared sheets. Connectors are set up during onboarding.
What external data can Bea collect?
Public market data - prices, rank, stock, rates, availability, reviews and listings - from marketplaces, OTAs, quick commerce, competitor sites and any site you need.
How fresh is the data?
As fresh as the job needs: hourly or faster for fast-moving markets, daily for slower ones, or on demand. Every record carries its timestamp and source.
Can I use Bea's data on its own?
Yes. Bea's data layer is available standalone through an API and MCP, or it can feed Otto and Dash.
